We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not right, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return.

Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange.

Condition

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (try shoes on at home on carpet)
• Free of marks, scuffs or make-up
• In the original packaging, with tags and any shoe box included

How to start a return

Email us at Wentschmick@gmail.com or use our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll send you the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure.
